Immunologische Methoden und Datenlanalyse

Students are assigned a research question that involves a specific immunological (or cell biological) method. In the first phase, the students will familiarize themselves theoretically with the method and present the method in a 10-minute presentation + 10-min discussion. In the second phase, the students will be provided with data sets matching their assigned method and perform data analysis and visualization. The results will be presented by the student in a 10-minute presentation + 10-min discussion. In the third phase, the students will prepare a 10-minute scientific talk (+ 10-min discussion) about the assigned research question (background, methods, results). All three presentations will be accompanied by a practice giving feedback.
